Zhulin Shi

Industrial design graduate student at Pratt with excellent design skills, specializing in soft materials (fabric, leather etc.)Able to design products that are brand appropriate, which merges technology and aesthetics. From 2013, I have been pursuing a Master’s Degree in Industrial Design at Pratt Institute to further tap into her design potential, specifically in luxury fashion accessories. At Pratt, I have been focusing on handbag design,shoe design and Jewelry design, from concept, construction, materials, color, to flexibility. Two of my bag designs have been published in a book, Creative Bags. My bag design, “Transformation Shopping Bag,” won the most popular bag design in the crowdfunding of Beta Brand. In Fall 2014, I interned in the Shoe Design Department at the world’s famous luxury brand, Marc Jacobs, where she worked in a cutting-edge and high-speed fashion design atmosphere. In Spring 2015, I worked as a Wearable product design intern at the Perceptual Computing
